Register with Avista

For your electricity service, please contact Avista at 1.800.227.9187. They will need your building address and unit number. At the end of the call, please ask for your account number and an email confirmation showing that the service will be transferred into your name. Once received, please forward to jenny@premiumspokane.com.

Receiving Packages

All carriers (USPS, Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL) have secure access to our buildings, and generally deliver directly to your door. Roosevelt residents should register for the Amazon locker here.

What if I get locked out?

It happens, and we’re ready. If you are locked out of the building and/or your apartment, please text 509.747.1414 and we will guide you on how to enter.

What’s the Best Way to Get in Touch With Management or Maintenance?

For any non-emergency, please submit a task through Buildium. We have a team standing by 24/7 to process incoming requests. For emergencies, please text 509.747.1414.

Registering Pets

Premium Spokane is a pet-friendly family business, and we are happy to accommodate most pet requests. To register your pet, please go here (and use 6-digit code 7T4FWZ).

What if I lost my keys?

If you lose your keys, please open a maintenance task on Buildium, and we will delivery replacement keys as soon as possible. If it is an emergency, please text 509.747.1414. Note: there is a fee for creating new keys.

Laundry

In all buildings with community laundry rooms, all machines are owned and operated by Hainsworth. If there is a problem with machines, please contact them directly here.

Recycling

We care about the environment, doing everything we can to ensure recycling protocols are followed (yes: paper, metal, glass, plastic containers; no: plastic bags, plastic lids, batteries, food/liquid).

Getting Internet

Most of our residents use Xfinity for Internet. You can reach out to them to schedule account setup here.
